Shipping and Delivery
For standard delivery within Australia and internationally we use Australia Post or alternate courier carrier. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1- 2 business days, then shipped. We offer free shipping on all purchases $100 and over, including sale products, which applies to standard domestic shipping only. We offer free shipping on all purchases $200 and over, including sale products, which applies to standard international shipping only.
Our shipping charges and delivery timeframes post-dispatch are as follows. Please be advised that during a sale or peak period your order may not be dispatched for up to 4 business days. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Australia:
Orders over $100
- Free shipping within Australia.
Orders under $100:
- Standard shipping: 3 to 7 days - $10.95
- Express shipping: $14.95
International:
Orders over $200
- Free shipping.
Orders under $200:
- Standard shipping: 3 to 7 days - $39.95
If your parcel cannot be delivered, Australia Post or alternate courier used will leave a calling card for you to collect it from your nearest Post Office. If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team available Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm AEST
